Support and Peer Groups

Other Programs and Events

In addition to the monthly events, the Center also offers workshops, talks, panels, and other activities to enhance and engage the community in dialogue, shared experiences, and access to programming that tells and explores queer stories and lifestyles.

Exhibits and Performances

Throughout the year the Center presents a variety of artistic opportunities that highlight both the local and national queer artistic scene. Some of these programs are produced and/or presented by the Center itself while others are in partnership with New Haven’s rich arts community.

PRIDE New Haven

PRIDE New Haven is one of the Center’s most visible programs. This series of events, which spans a week, is meant to celebrate, educate, and honor the culture and history of New Haven’s richly diverse LGBTQQIP2sAA community. With activities that include performances by music, dance, burlesque and drag artists artists, cultural tours, gatherings, and community conversations, PRIDE New Haven brings the entire community to together.
