Join us for a special program series, hosted by Mindfulness Coach Tony Ferraiolo. This monthly series will include discussions about mindful communication, loving-kindness, and meditation, among other topics.
There is a suggested donation of $5, but all are welcome.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a life-affirming course in conscious living that has helped tens of thousands of people worldwide cope with the stresses of life. It was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Thousands of clinical studies have shown the power of mindfulness practice to improve symptoms and help people cope a wide range of physiological and psychological challenges, including stress, cancer, anxiety and depression, chronic pain, and more.
