The New Haven Pride Center’s LGBTQ+ Training Institute creates opportunity for community education and professional development through trainings and workshops for school districts, private agencies, nonprofits, government agencies, and formal and informal groups across Connecticut to strengthen LGBTQ+ cultural competency with the goal of increasing LGBTQ+ individuals’ access to inclusive, trauma informed, and affirming services, work environments, and opportunities to thrive.
