Community Listening Session with Health Equity Solutions

We want to hear from you! 🗣️ Health Equity Solutions' vision is that every Connecticut resident can attain their optimal health regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status. They do this through advancing health equity through anti-racist policies and practices. 🙂‍↕️ At HES, it is important that the policies they propose and advocate for, are created by the communities most impacted by health inequities.

👂 Community Listening Sessions are conversations that take place across the state to hear from residents most impacted by health inequities. They listen to the issues communities face and then hear from those communities on how they believe problems can be solved; finally, they'll discuss what changes are most important to them. 💸 Participants will receive a $20 gift card for their participation.
