Laura has spent nearly seven years uplifting the LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, nonprofit work, and creative initiatives, while also championing reproductive rights. Born and raised in Connecticut, she moved to New Haven in 2015 and quickly fell in love with its people and energy. Laura has served on various boards throughout the state, supporting queer and women’s rights organizations, and has found a true calling in the nonprofit world. Her commitment to community runs deep, every Saturday, you’ll find her outside volunteering with Planned Parenthood, standing up for reproductive freedom and showing up for those who need it most.
